End User License Agreement (EULA) for NibaraDocs

Effective Date: December 27, 2025

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and NibaraDocs (“the App”) governing your use of the NibaraDocs mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

NibaraDocs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for personal and lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App

  • Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose

  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels included in the App

3. Ownership

The App, including all content, features, software, and intellectual property rights, is owned by or licensed to NibaraDocs and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the App.

4. User Content

You retain full ownership and responsibility for any documents, images, or files you scan, create, or store using the App. NibaraDocs does not claim ownership of your content.

5. Data and Privacy

Use of the App is subject to the NibaraDocs Privacy Policy. The App primarily stores data locally on your device. NibaraDocs does not access or control your personal content.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may include or rely on third-party services for analytics and crash reporting. NibaraDocs is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. NibaraDocs does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NibaraDocs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. NibaraDocs may terminate this Agreement at any time if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and remove it from your device.

10. Changes to This Agreement

NibaraDocs reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being made available within the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
