📜 Terms and Conditions for NibaraDocs

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NibaraDocs (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

NibaraDocs is a document scanning and management application that allows users to:

  • Scan documents using their device camera

  • Convert images to PDF files

  • Scan QR codes and barcodes

  • Store and manage documents locally on their device

All features are provided for personal and lawful use only.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use NibaraDocs only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities

  • Upload or scan content that violates intellectual property rights

  • Attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or misuse the App

You are solely responsible for the content you scan, store, or share using NibaraDocs.

4. Data Storage and Privacy

NibaraDocs stores documents locally on your device.

We do not claim ownership of your content.
You retain full rights to all documents and files you create or store using the App.

Your use of NibaraDocs is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.

5. Third-Party Services

NibaraDocs may integrate third-party services for analytics and performance monitoring, including but not limited to:

  • Firebase Analytics

  • Firebase Crashlytics

These services may collect anonymous and aggregated technical information to help improve app stability and user experience.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to NibaraDocs, including but not limited to the app design, logo, user interface, and software code, are owned by or licensed to NibaraDocs.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

YanDocs is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will be error-free or uninterrupted

  • Scanned documents will be perfectly accurate

  • The App will meet all user expectations

Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NibaraDocs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, device issues, or business interruption.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon being made available within the App or on this page.
Continued use of NibaraDocs after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
